ISS originally started in 1997 as a sanitation equipment repair business in Essex County, and has quickly grown to a full service and supply distributor for the Southern Ontario and Michigan areas.

The founders and managers have a combined experience for over 30 years in all aspects of the business, and are involved in key industry organizations including the CSSA, ISSA, and IAPA.
